By booking a service with ServClean, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Agreement to Terms
By scheduling a cleaning service, you enter into a binding agreement with ServClean and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
- Pricing & Minimum Charges
- Minimum Charge Disclosure: All services are subject to a minimum charge based on service type, even if square footage is below the threshold.
- Pricing Calculation Clarification: Base prices reflect the minimum charge for each service. Additional square footage is calculated based on the listed per-square-foot rate.
- Condition-Based Pricing: Pricing is based on average conditions. Excessive buildup or conditions requiring additional labor may result in additional charges.
- Payment Authorization
By booking a service, you authorize ServClean to charge the provided payment method for services rendered, including approved add-ons or additional labor required to complete the job.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Late cancellations or client no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full price of the service.
- Access & Lockout Policy
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to provide access may result in service cancellation and applicable fees.
- Pet Responsibility Disclaimer
Clients are responsible for securing pets during service. ServClean is not responsible for pets that interfere with the cleaning process.
- Scope of Service & Limitations
- What’s Included: The specific tasks included in your service are defined by the selected cleaning procedure (Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, etc.) as described on our website.
- Scope of Service Disclaimer: Cleaning services do not include hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation, pest removal, or damage restoration unless specifically quoted. Services also do not include cleaning inside ovens, refrigerators, or cabinets unless selected as an add-on.
- Client Preparation: For optimal results, we recommend picking up personal items and clutter prior to our team’s arrival.
- Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service as it relates to the original booked scope of work, please notify us in writing via email within
24 hours of service completion. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, offer a reasonable resolution, which may include a re-clean of the affected areas. This policy does not apply to services or areas not included in the original booking or to pre-existing conditions.
- Damage & Liability
ServClean is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, improperly installed fixtures, or undisclosed fragile items. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Photo & Documentation Consent
ServClean may take before-and-after photos for quality assurance and documentation purposes. Photos will not be shared publicly without client consent.
- Privacy Policy
ServClean collects customer information (name, address, contact details, payment information) solely for the purpose of scheduling, performing, and communicating about services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers. See our full

- Changes to Terms
ServClean reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
