Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel or reschedule their cleaning appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled service time.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as no-shows or failure to provide access, may result in a cancellation fee to cover reserved time and staffing.

If access to the property cannot be provided at the scheduled time, the service may be canceled and applicable fees may apply.
