Our Cleaning Standards & Scope of Work

Maintenance Cleaning – Average Condition

Standard Cleaning

Standard cleaning is designed to maintain cleanliness and assumes the home or space is in average condition with routine upkeep.

General Areas

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Wipe down tables, shelves, and furniture
  • Dust light fixtures and reachable vents
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Empty trash
  • Vacuum carpets and rugs
  • Sweep and mop hard floors

Kitchen

  • Wipe exterior of appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher)
  • Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplash
  • Clean sink and faucet
  • Clean stovetop surface

Bathrooms

  • Clean and sanitize toilet (bowl, seat, exterior)
  • Clean and sanitize shower/tub and surround
  • Clean sinks, faucets, and countertops
  • Clean mirrors and glass
  • Wipe cabinet exteriors
  • Sweep and mop floors

Bedrooms

  • Dust all accessible surfaces
  • Make beds (linen change if provided)
  • Vacuum or mop floors

Does NOT include: Interior appliances, heavy buildup, inside cabinets, detailed grout scrubbing, heavy wall cleaning, or post-construction debris.

Cleaning services do not include hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation, pest removal, or
damage restoration unless specifically quoted.

Detailed Cleaning – Heavy Build-Up Removal

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is recommended for first-time clients, homes that haven’t been cleaned recently, or
spaces with visible buildup.
Includes everything in Standard Cleaning, plus:

General Areas

  • Detailed dusting of baseboards, door frames, and trim
  • Detail doors and door handles
  • Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Detailed floor edging

Kitchen

  • Clean inside microwave
  • Scrub backsplash in detail
  • Detail stovetop (grates wiped, surface scrubbed)
  • Degrease cabinet exteriors
  • Detailed sink and faucet polishing

Bathrooms

  • Detailed scrubbing of shower/tub, grout, and fixtures
  • Remove soap scum and mineral buildup
  • Clean tile in detail
  • Clean vents and fan covers
  • Detailed baseboards and corners

Bedrooms & Living Areas

  • Detailed dusting of furniture
  • Clean baseboards and trim

Does NOT include: Inside ovens, inside refrigerators, interior cabinets, heavy wall cleaning, smoke residue removal, or post-construction debris unless added as services.

Cleaning services do not include hazardous materials, biohazards, mold remediation, pest removal, or
damage restoration unless specifically quoted.

Empty Property – Reset Cleaning

Move-In / Move-Out

Move-in / move-out cleaning is intended for empty homes or apartments and focuses on restoring the
space to a clean, move-ready condition.

General Areas

  • Clean all floors (vacuum, sweep, mop)
  • Dust baseboards, trim, and door frames
  • Clean doors, handles, and switches
  • Remove cobwebs
  • Clean vents and accessible light fixtures
  • Clean interior windowsills and tracks

Kitchen

  • Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers (must be empty)
  • Clean inside microwave
  • Clean exterior of appliances
  • Clean sink, faucet, and countertops
  • Scrub backsplash

Bathrooms

  • Deep clean and sanitize toilets
  • Scrub showers, tubs, tile, and grout
  • Clean sinks, countertops, and mirrors
  • Clean inside cabinets and drawers (empty)
  • Clean vents and baseboards
  • Mop floors

Bedrooms & Living

  • Dust all surfaces
  • Clean baseboards and trim
  • Vacuum or mop floors

Move-in / move-out cleaning assumes the home is empty.

Note: Personal belongings, furniture, or excessive debris may require additional services or pricing adjustments.

  • Moving heavy furniture
  • Smoke residue/heavy wall cleaning (hourly)
